This arrangement typically has one large executive table around which the participants sit in boardroom chairs. There can be a presenter at the front using a projector screen or white board. There can also be a free flow of conversation across the boardroom table.

This configuration consists of multiple tables placed together to form a square or rectangular outline with open space in the middle. Chairs are placed around the perimeter and ample workspace for each participant is provided.

U-Shaped Boardroom
This arrangement is the same as the hollow square style except that there is a designated speaker. It is recommended that one end of the square be left open to form the shape of a U while a presenter is speaking. Chairs are placed around the outside of the U so participants can converse with each other and the presenter.
